A 9-Step Process to go from doubting who you are and what you need to going after what you want in a way that honors your limits
You might have seen the videos going around that say things like, “I thought my inability to stay on task was because I’m an Aries, but my therapist told me it’s because I have ADHD,” or, “My therapist told me my need to control everything isn’t because i’m a Capricorn, but because I’m autistic.”
TBH—when I first came to terms with being neurospicy, I kind of felt that way… resentful to a language I spent so much time learning even though it gave me a lens to understand myself in a world I felt pretty misunderstood by.
But here’s what I know for sure: Tools like astrology, tarot and Human Design have been absolutely essential to my unmasking and self-accommodating process.
Through these tools I can see how I’ve been influenced to perform or behave in a way that’s out of alignment with who I am, and I can choose when I want to lean into different aspects of myself (rather than thinking of unmasking as a black/white // good/bad thing)
